"The West of Hudson Group, Inc. was founded by Amir Ben-Yohanan, who is also the company's president. Its offices are in New York. He is currently the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Clubhouse Media Group Inc., as well as the President and Chief Executive Officer of West of Hudson Group Inc., among other roles and responsibilities (a subsidiary of Clubhouse Media Group, Inc.).

He has substantial experience in accounting and finance in his previous post as Senior Director of Finance at AT&T Corporation.

After completing his studies at the University of Sydney, he received a master's degree from that university."
